Sara Saleh is an Associate within the Commercial Disputes Group in London.  Sara has a range of commercial dispute resolution experience with a particular focus on Reputation and Information Protection where her work involves both advisory work and contentious disputes.  Sara's practice also focuses on, Business Protection Litigation, Competition Disputes and Arbitration. 

Reputation and Information Protection

advising a range of clients including listed and privately held companies, owner managers, family offices, and other businesses and individuals facing threats to their reputation, whether from mainstream or social media, disaffected employees, activist shareholders, unhappy customers, competitors, regulatory or police investigations, pressure groups, operational issues or sensitive litigation.

advising on contentious privacy and data protection issues, including data breaches, representing public authorities or private sector third parties facing Freedom of Information requests, and defending contentious data subject access requests.

Business Protection

defending a manufacturing client and its employees in proceedings brought against them for alleged misuse of confidential information allegedly obtained by employees of the client during their previous employment with the Claimant.

Arbitration

Representing an African state national oil company in ICC proceedings brought by an Indonesian listed energy corporate in respect of a failed joint venture relating to an oil field, and attendant counterclaim, worth c. $1 bn

General Commercial Disputes

Advising a carbon credits client in relation to a potential breach of contract by a purchaser.

Advising a high net worth individual in relation to funds that were lost to a cryptocurrency investment scam website.
