• Advising and representing a manufacturer of household appliances in a trademark infringement case.
• Advising various companies and advertising agencies on the advertising of food, alcoholic beverages, sports betting and gambling, clothing, medical devices and automobiles.
• Advising and representing various companies from the food, clothing, publishing and financial services sectors in trademark matters, including representation in opposition proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.

Lars Schönwald studied law at the University of Passau, where he passed the first state law examination in 2010. He passed the second state law examination at the Higher Regional Court of Munich in 2017.
