• Cornerstone Investment Management, a CEE’s leading private equity investment management business, on the acquisition of Ecowipes/Hydra Beauty & Clean, a European leader in natural personal hygiene and childcare products.*
• Farfetch on the acquisition of Wannaby Inc., providing immersive augmented reality and virtual try on technology for the luxury fashion industry.*
• Orange Polska, one of the largest Polish telecommunications service providers, on the establishment of a 50:50 joint venture with the APG fund to build a fiber-optic network in Poland.*
• Qatar-based beIN Media Group: advising on the acquisition of Turkey’s biggest satellite network and pay-TV provider Digitürk.*
