Karolina qualified into Addleshaw Goddard's Corporate team in 2022, having worked in the Corporate Team since 2018. Karolina has a range of experience in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions (including buyouts, minority investments, exits, and continuation funds), corporate restructurings, and general corporate matters.

In 2023, Karolina also spent 6 months on secondment with the Central Legal Team in London at FNZ Group, a global high-growth fintech specialising in an end-to-end wealth management platform which is regulated across a number of jurisdictions.

Karolina has assisted a range of clients, including PE clients, private companies, and individuals, including:

• Advising Phoenix Equity Partners on a £200 million continuation fund with Nineteen Group and Envisage Dental.
• Advising Phoenix Equity Partners and Nineteen Group on a number of bolt-on investments, including Hennik Group and Oliver Kinross.
• Advising CloserStill Group on a number of acquisitions, including the majority investments in OpenRoom Events Holdings Ltd and Partnership Network Events Limited.
• Advising FNZ Group on the acquisition of The Hokus Platform.
• Advising SKS Business Services on Kartesia's majority investment. 
• Acting for a range of UK businesses on reorganisations, capital reductions, and other restructurings, supporting on project management of cross-border reorganisations.
