Addleshaw Goddard welcomes Thomas Forin as Partner in its Corporate/M&A team in Paris

Addleshaw Goddard is pleased to announce that Thomas Forin has joined its Paris office as a Partner in the Corporate/M&A team, alongside Managing Associate Édouard Delfour. Their arrival further strengthens the firm’s Corporate practice.

Thomas joins Addleshaw Goddard from HFW, where he spent several years. A member of the Paris Bar, he has over 15 years’ experience in business law, with a particular focus on M&A, private equity and distressed M&A.

He advises companies, international groups and investors on strategic transactions, including complex cross-border deals. His experience also includes advising on multi-jurisdictional matters, particularly across Europe and Africa. Thomas advises clients across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, technology, transport, retail, energy and real estate. He supports clients in their international expansion and the development of strategic partnerships.

Thomas’s arrival comes as part of the firm’s continued growth, with global revenue and profit both recently increasing by 17%.
