EXPERTISE
Filip is a Polish qualified lawyer (advocate) with over 10 years of experience in advising clients in all aspects of the Polish and European competition law. He worked on cases involving antitrust regulations, merger controls, and competition compliance. He gained his professional experience in Warsaw and Brussels, both in the public sector (UOKiK and the European Commission) and in leading law firms in Warsaw and Brussels. As an official of UOKiK, he participated in unannounced inspections. While working in the private sector, he supervised numerous competition law audits using forensic IT tools.
Filip is recognized by Legal 500 EMEA for Competition/antitrust in Poland.

- Advising Metinvest B.V. and Danieli Group on competition law matters, developing the strategy and representing parties before European Commission and several competition authorities across the globe in merger proceedings regarding the creation of the JV producing steel products.
- Advising Mirova Group on its acquisition of the GreenWay Group, active in the electric vehicle charging systems in proceedings before the Polish Competition Authority.
- Representing leading Polish e-commerce platform before Polish Competition Authority in merger proceedings to its acquisition of the competing business.
- Advising leading Polish e-commerce platform on competition law matters regarding the pending proceedings before the Polish Competition Authority and the appeal proceedings.
- Representing key global technology company before Polish Competition Authority in merger proceedings to its acquisition of the Polish entity active in production and distribution of the video games.
