Alex is a corporate lawyer specialising in private equity. He acts on all aspects of private equity transactions and he regularly acts for investment sponsors, founders and management teams.

Alex advises sponsors on executing their investments, managing their portfolio companies and helping to deliver successful exits.

Alex also works with founders and management teams by negotiating equity arrangements on new investments, advising on bolt-on acquisitions and group re-organisations and generally supporting them throughout the life of their businesses.

He joined the firm from the private equity team of an international law firm, headquartered in London.

Advised a mid-market private equity sponsor on a number of investments in the consumer and wellness sectors.
Advised a mid-market private equity sponsor (both its flagship and growth funds) on various platform investments in the tech space.
Advised an independent sponsor in relation to numerous platform investments, bolt-ons and exits in a diverse range of sectors.
Advised a multi-national corporate on the MIP arrangements in connection with the sale of Addison Lee in 2024.
Advised a lower mid-market private equity sponsor on cross-border investments in leading innovative software businesses.
Acted for a management team in the context of an MBI of a clinical research business with respect to investment and equity arrangements.
