Expertise

Keshav is an associate based in the London office. He advises on corporate matters across a range of sectors, with a focus on both domestic and cross-border M&A, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations. His transactions cover the UK, Europe and the US and he is a member of the firm's technology practice.

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Keshav trained at a leading US firm in London followed by leading English firm in Guildford. Keshav has also undertaken a 6-month secondment at a FTSE100 company in 2019.

One of the world's leading independent insurance brokers on a number of acquisitions in the UK between 2023 and 2025;
A distributor of chemicals on the disposal of its nutrition business;
The shareholders of a digital transformation consulting business in the life sciences sector on their sale to a leading global provider of regulatory, clinical and quality services in the lift sciences sector;
The shareholders of a carbon emissions consulting business on their sale to multinational professional services company;
A Spanish PE-backed lighting company on its acquisition of a UK lighting company;
A German real estate consultancy business on its initial minority and subsequent acquisition of a UK real estate consultancy business; and
A US PE-backed cloud-based labelling company on its acquisition of a label making business specialising in devices in the life sciences sector
