Amy is an associate in the firm's Transactional Real Estate team in Manchester. Amy previously trained with the firm for two years, half of which was spent with the team and the other half in complementary areas of practice. 

Amy's experience includes acting for both landlords and tenants on a various asset management matters alongside acquisitions and disposals ranging from individual properties to nationwide portfolios.

Recent experience includes:

• Acting for the Co-operative Group on the sale of its petrol forecourt business to ASDA for £600m involving the sale of 129 sites spread across the UK.
• Acting on a large-scale project for a national retail client on the disposal of their specialist retail store portfolio to various buyers.
• Acting for Bruntwood on lettings, licences, and various other estate management matters across their office and retail offerings.
• Acting for major financial services clients on managing their real estate portfolios including lettings and disposals.
