EXPERTISE

Zuzanna is a UK-qualified solicitor who has been based in Warsaw since 2023. She advises corporates and financial sponsors on private and public M&A transactions, joint ventures, and equity investments across a broad range of sectors as well as ongoing corporate services for English law entities. She has advised clients in the UK, Poland, and internationally.

Before moving to Warsaw 2023, Zuzanna lived in the United Kingdom for ten years, where she graduated with First Class Honours in Law, specialising in International Law. After her studies, she gained professional experience at English and American law firms in the City of London. 

Recent experience includes advising: 

• Türker Global Madencilik: advised a subsidiary of Türkerler Holding—a Turkish conglomerate with over 130 companies and US$6 billion in investments—on its entry into a share purchase and option agreement to acquire a gold mine development project in Bulgaria for US$55 million.*
• Metinvest: advised on a shareholders agreement with Danieli Group for developing a cutting-edge steel plant in Piombino, Italy. The project entails the creation of a facility with an annual production capacity of 2.7 million tonnes, focusing on environmentally sustainable steel production using advanced technology and recycled materials.*
• EBRD: advising EBRD on its €75m investment in R.Power, an independent power producer based in Poland, mostly engaged in the large-scale solar projects, with renewables portfolio in Poland and other European Union markets, including Romania, Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal.*
• RDCP Group: advising diversified conglomerate on its acquisition of a 75% stake in precision engineering group, transaction valued at £34 milion.*
• Operator of the largest lime facility in the US: advising one of the world’s leading suppliers of high-calcium lime products and technical solutions on the acquisition of a UK-based supplier of lime products.*
• A US alternative investment management company: advising on the sale of pan-European high quality logistics assets totalling 147 million sq ft, in 17 countries.*
