Rachael is a Managing Associate in the Dubai corporate team and has experience advising large corporates, financial institutions, private equity houses and PLCs on a variety of corporate transactions, including MBOs, minority and majority investments, mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, joint ventures and disposals, including specific experience in the financial services and retail and consumer space. Rachael has spent time on secondment at BT Plc and PZ Cussons. Prior to joining the Dubai team, Rachael worked in the AG Manchester office for several years.

- Advised the Co-operative Group on its GBP 400 miliion disposal of 132 petrol stations to Asda.
- Advised Waterland private equity on its investment into Cooper Parry, a UK accountancy firm.
- Advised BT plc on its disposal of its fibre-optic city networks in Germany to 1&1 Versatel, a subsidiary of United Internet AG.
- Advised Equistone private equity on its multi-jurisdictional investment into Ligentia, a global supply chain specialist
- Advised JD Sports plc on its USD 500 million acquisition of Finish Line.
- Advised a Dubai property management company on the investment into it by a Malaysia listed group.
- Advised a UAE family office on its exit from a joint venture in the retail sector.
- Advised a MENA cryptocurrency platform on its sale to an Indian listed cryptocurrency investment application.
