Pam is a Legal Director in the finance team in Glasgow and focuses her practice on real estate finance.
Pam has experience acting for banks, borrowers (including high net worth individuals) and funds on a wide range of real estate finance transactions in the UK and Europe. She has been involved in all aspects of real estate finance including investment and development finance and across sectors such as hotels, offices, student accommodation, BTR schemes, retail and industrial.
Pam is known for focusing on her client's objectives and having focused on real estate finance throughout her career has an in-depth knowledge of the market.

- Acting on behalf of a debt fund in respect of a c£127,500,000 facility to finance the development of a 550-home BTR scheme in Birmingham.
- Acting on behalf of an institutional investor in respect of the acquisition of a £340,000,000 airport property portfolio located in England.
- Acting on behalf of a debt fund in respect of a £110,000,000 facility to finance the energisation and development of a data centre site in London.
- Acting on behalf of a global real estate investor, developer and manager in respect of a £119,000,000 facility to fund its acquisition of a production facility in Sweden.
