Florence is an Associate in the Employment Group, based in our Manchester Office. Florence qualified into the Group in 2019.
Florence advises employers and senior executives on contentious and non-contentious matters. Her experience includes:
- assisting on and having day to day conduct of Employment Tribunal claims for unfair dismissal, deduction of wages and discrimination
- drafting employment contracts and directors' and senior executives' service agreements
- conducting due diligence and advising both buyer and seller clients, including Private Equity houses, on corporate transactions
- reviewing TUPE provisions in outsourcing and managed services agreements
- advising on exits of senior executives and settlement negotiations
