Louis-Alexandre advises and supports companies and corporate groups in the structuring, reorganisation, and development of their activities. He is involved in the preparation and drafting of legal documents relating to private equity and M&A transactions, and oversees these transactions through to completion. He also handles a wide range of corporate law matters.

Experience

Substantial experience in M&A transactions (small/mid cap), primarily in the defence sector (laser diodes, gyro-sensors, MEMS, advanced technologies, aerospace activities, cyber) and the healthcare sector (biology, pharmaceuticals).
Participation in private equity transactions (fund side) in the healthcare and real estate sectors; leading a management buy-out (MBO) for the acquisition of a world-leading company in diagnostic medical ultrasound technology.
Advised on a cross-border acquisition of a group (targets in the USA, Canada, Ireland, Singapore, Switzerland) on behalf of a leading Life Sciences consulting group.
Advised and supported groups of all sizes (listed companies/SMEs) in structuring and implementing delegation of authority chains (training, audit, deployment).
Five-month secondment to a global leader in the space and defence sector.
Three-month off-site secondment to a global leader in the aeronautic sector.
Five-month secondment to the French subsidiary of an international banking group
