EXPERTISE

Euan is a Legal Director in the corporate and commercial division of Addleshaw Goddard and a member of the Payments team. Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, he gained several years' industry experience working in-house at NatWest.

Euan advises on a range of commercial contracts and payments transactions involving various payment methods. He works for banks, technology companies, payments processors and other payments industry participants.

Prior to joining the firm, Euan was the lead in house lawyer at Tyl by NatWest, a new merchant acquiring business set up in 2018-2019.

Euan also has a further six years of experience working in house at NatWest, where he was a member of the Commercial Banking legal team, specialising primarily in SME lending and corporate insolvency and restructuring.
