Francesca is an Associate in the Infrastructure Projects & Energy team. Francesca has worked with clients across a number of sectors, including sustainable energy M&A, social infrastructure, project finance and transport.
Francesca predominantly advises private sector and public sector partnerships across the health and education sectors by advising management companies of projects, namely on several portfolios for PFI and LIFT hospitals and other community healthcare centres taken forward under PPP/PFI/third party developer contracts.
