Douwe is an associate in the Commercial Real Estate practice. He specialises in advising (foreign and domestic) clients on commercial real estate transactions, acquisitions of real estate companies (share transactions), project development and tenancy law. He is also involved in a wide range of property litigation matters related to both commercial and residential properties.

- Advising Crossbay on their second last-mile logistics platform, including acquisitions and the leasing aspects of several logistic warehouses throughout the Netherlands, including assets in Almere and Leiden, through both asset deals and share deals
- Advising Holland Equity on numerous transactions, including acquisition and disposals of logistic and light-industrial assets throughout the Netherlands
