Proptech leader Street Group secures £200m valuation in growth investment deal, with support from Addleshaw Goddard
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised the shareholders of Street Group Limited on a strategic growth investment from Hg, the leading investor in European and transatlantic software and services businesses.
The deal values Street, a leading provider of vertical software and AI to the UK residential property sector, at more than £200 million.
The team at Addleshaw Goddard, led by Partner George Danczak, also advised the management team on their substantial reinvestment in the group, supporting the long-term growth ambitions of the business.
Street Group is a fast-growing Manchester-based property technology business, building SaaS products for estate and letting agents and serving more than 4,000 estate agency offices across the UK.
Founded in 2015 by siblings Tom and Heather Staff, Street Group has rapidly established itself as a leading PropTech provider. HG’s investment marks the next stage in Street Group’s growth journey, supporting expansion of its operational capabilities and strengthening its position as one of the fastest-growing and most innovative players in UK PropTech.
