Expertise

Sharon is an associate in our Commercial Real Estate practice. She advises inter alia on commercial real estate transactions, real estate financing, project development and real estate-related contracts.

Sharon assists both Dutch and international clients particularly in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate (both single asset and portfolios). She also has extensive experience in (real estate) financing due to her banking and finance background.

Experience

Advising Crossbay on their second last-mile logistics platform including acquisitions and the leasing aspects of several logistic warehouses throughout the Netherlands, including assets in Almere and Leiden, through both asset deals and share deals
Advising the purchaser on the acquisition (sale and lease back) of a conditioned distribution centre (of approx 20,650 sqm.) in the Netherlands
Advising the purchaser, an international investment manager, on the acquisition, through a share deal of an XXL distribution centre in the Netherlands

Advocaat admitted to the Dutch Bar
Listed in the Register of Legal Practice Areas of the Dutch Bar Association for Ondernemingsrecht (Corporate law), Vastgoedrecht (Real Estate law)
