Heather is an Associate in the Transactional Real Estate team. 

Heather has a range of experience including acting on acquisitions and disposals for institutional investors and developers alongside high value individuals. Heather also has experience dealing with large group reorganisations and portfolio refinances. 

Experience includes:

• Acting for Bruntwood on the complete reorganisation of the Bruntwood business resulting in £500 million investment into the business. 
• Acting for Bruntwood in the acquisition of a property, forming part of the clients proposed £1.7 billion innovation district. 
• Acting for the Co-Operative Group on the disposal of their petrol filling station business including over 100 sites across the United Kingdom to a number of different buyers. 
• Acting for high value individuals and trusts on the sale and purchase of a number of properties.
• Acting for McLaren Property in its capacity as developer in connection with a c£160m forward-funding agreement for a landmark student accommodation scheme in Manchester.
