Helen is a non-contentious real estate lawyer who specialises in a wide range of commercial real estate matters. She has extensive experience of dealing with development, occupational and investment work, sales and purchases and landlord and tenant. Helen is a key member of the teams acting for clients such as British Land, Aviva, Liberty Living and Battersea Power Station. 

  • Managing three of British Land's retail assets at Royal Victoria Place, St Peter's Retail Park and Studlands Retail Park, Newmarket. 
  • Advising Battersea Power Station Development Company on the real estate elements associated with the £600 million refinancing of Phase 3 Battersea Power Station and on various aspects of its development at Battersea Power Station. 
  • Acting for Aviva Investors on the acquisition and forward funding of residential, student accommodation and office schemes. 
  • Acting for Liberty Living in respect of nomination agreements and leases with universities and colleges around the UK.
