She has extensive experience of dealing with development, occupational and investment work, sales and purchases and landlord and tenant. Helen is a key member of the teams acting for clients such as British Land, Aviva and Battersea Power Station.

Relevant experience includes:

• Managing three of British Land's retail assets at Southgate Shopping Centre, Tollgate Retail Park and Drake Circus Shopping Centre.
• Advising Battersea Power Station Development Company on the real estate elements associated with the £600 million refinancing of Phase 3 Battersea Power Station and on various aspects of its development and re-structuring at Battersea Power Station.
• Acting for Aviva Investors on the acquisition and forward funding of residential, student accommodation and office schemes.
