Assisting on deals for a well-known Hotel occupier in its nationwide acquisition and development of hotels and restaurants and all aspects of estate management and disposals in relation to its national estate of circa 800 hotels and restaurants. Tasks have included preparing property complex title reports, ordering and interpreting searches, raising title enquiries, obtaining indemnity policies and collating documents via a data room.

Acting for a convenience store occupier in the delivery of asset management and landlord and tenant matters across its portfolio of 3000 stores. Tasks have included: 

• Managing a team inbox and allocating instructions within the team
• Negotiating complex lease renewals and re-gears
• Leading an in-house transformation project to streamline workflow
• Dealing with disposals (including overage)
• Acting in both a landlord and tenant capacity
• Assisting with acquisitions – including preparing first drafts of AFLs (including numerous conditions), leases, title reports etc
• Managing and supervising external outsourcing of instructions
• Managing a large-scale project for the installation of a well-known café/coffee shop chain in supermarkets across the country. (Costa/Sainsburys). 
• Acting for other large scale corporate occupiers in both the retail and office sectors in the delivery of asset management and landlord and tenant matters across their portfolios.
