Abbie is an Associate in our Real Estate team in London, specialising in Real Estate Disputes. Abbie joined the team in 2014, before completing her Training Contract with the firm and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2020. Abbie's work covers all areas of Real Estate Disputes, advising both landlords and tenants in matters including 1954 Act lease renewals, dilapidation claims, contractual construction disputes, service charge disputes, arrears recovery and Electronic Communications Code advice. Abbie also frequently advises clients on insolvency related property disputes, in particular the impact of Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs). Abbie is also one of the go-to people within the real estate disputes team in relation to possession proceedings/trespasser actions. Abbie and the team are considered to be one of the leading firms for the removal of trespassers from commercial property, working closely with Enforcement Agents nationwide.
