Emily is a Managing Associate in the corporate team based in the firm’s Edinburgh office. She advises on a broad range of corporate transactions, with a focus on private company M&A, public company M&A and equity capital markets transactions, alongside reorganisations and general corporate governance and advisory matters.
Emily works with a variety of clients including large corporates, SMEs, individual shareholders and management teams.
