Expertise
Anna advises institutional investors, property companies, local authorities, asset managers and developers on all types of property-based direct and indirect transactions, including sales and purchases of assets and property owning corporates and trusts, forward funding deals, development agreements and leases. She works with clients such as abrdn and Schroders.
She has considerable experience in real estate joint ventures and structuring funding/profit share arrangements, advising on both corporate and real estate aspects.
Anna is co-head of AG's Transport Sector and has a particular expertise relating to the investment and development of land around and including transport hubs including stations and airports.
Anna is a part of our real estate Housing team.
