Expertise
Sarah Greenstreet is an Associate in the Commercial, Technology and Data team at Addleshaw Goddard, based in Dubai.
Sarah advises multinational businesses, financial institutions, technology companies and regulated organisations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC on data protection, digital regulation and complex commercial arrangements. She has developed a strong practice supporting data-intensive and regulated projects, combining deep regulatory understanding with commercial and contractual expertise.
Her work spans the structuring, drafting and negotiation of technology and outsourcing contracts, software and cloud services agreements, data and IP licensing arrangements, reseller and distribution agreements and transactional support. Alongside this, Sarah advises on data protection compliance, including cross-border data transfers, data governance and localisation requirements, and the practical implementation of regional data protection frameworks. She is experienced in embedding data protection and regulatory obligations into commercial contracts in a way that is workable, proportionate and aligned with business objectives.
Sarah also regularly supports clients on regulator-facing and policy-adjacent matters, including regulatory consultations, engagement with government and sector regulators, and the interpretation and implementation of emerging data, technology and digital standards. She advises clients operating across a range of regulated sectors, including financial services, healthcare, consumer and technology.
