Rachel is an Associate in the Finance Litigation team with over 6 years' experience of advising financial institutions on a wide range of disputes. She regularly advises on disputes with corporate and private borrowers involving both secured and unsecured lending, as well as guarantors.

Rachel has experience of defending various types of claims brought against financial institutions, including mis-selling claims, discrimination claims, section 75 claims and other claims in relation to a range of products including mortgages, savings accounts and credit cards.

Rachel has also regularly assisted in both pursuing and defending complex and high value fraud claims.

Rachel is identified by Legal 500 as a key lawyer in respect of her professional negligence practice, and has regularly acted in claims for financial institutions against professionals including solicitors and valuers.

Rachel has been seconded to a major retail bank and understands the challenges faced by in house counsel.
