Joanna has over 7 years' experience acting on a wide range of commercial real estate transaction including acting on complex acquisitions and disposals, high value multi-property real estate finance transactions and all aspects of asset management, with expertise in the retail and energy sectors.

- Acting on numerous acquisitions of new drive thru retail sites for household name clients including Costa Coffee.
- Advising a large public sector body on the redevelopment of a former coal mining site into a high-speed rail testing track.
- Project managing the roll out of an EV charging scheme across a portfolio of petrol filing stations, including agreeing precedent leases with several different DNO's.
- Secondment experience as in house counsel at one of the largest multinational oil and gas companies.
- Acting for a variety of retail occupiers on all aspects of asset management.
