Sophie's recent experience includes:
- Assisting on the property elements for a £26m investment facility supporting the acquisition of 22 regional multi-let industrial properties.
- Reviewing and negotiating a certificate of title and advising the lender on the refinance of a high value residential property.
- Carrying out the property due diligence and preparing bank standard reports in relation to the funding and acquisition of various holiday parks.
