Evania is an associate of the firm's Commercial Disputes division, based in Dubai, UAE. Evania trained at Addleshaw Goddard's Dubai office and completed a six-month secondment at the firm's headquarters in London. 

Evania advises a range of international clients in relation to commercial litigation and arbitration across the Middle East, with experience in complex contractual and construction disputes.

Experience
  • Assisted on an ICC arbitration, representing a Middle Eastern governmental entity on claims valued at US$ 2 billion relating to a major infrastructure project located in the Middle East.
  • Assisted on a Dispute Adjudication Board matter to represent an Employer against claims valued at US$ 190 million regarding a construction dispute in the UAE.
  • Acting for a UAE government owned entity in a DIAC arbitration, relating to claims valued at US$ 80 million, from a party to a supply contract.
