Addleshaw Goddard strengthens Employment practice with strategic partner hire
International law firm Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has appointed Kathryn Kerr as a Partner in its London Employment team, strengthening its offering in complex employment disputes, investigations and international workforce projects.
Kathryn joins from Deloitte Legal, having previously worked at A&O Shearman. She advises on the full spectrum of employment law, with a particular focus on financial services clients across banking and capital markets, investment management and wealth management. She also works with clients in the media and communications industry, consumer, professional services and pharmaceutical sectors.
Her practice focuses on litigation, investigations, cross-border projects and reorganisations, helping clients navigate complex workforce challenges, regulatory change and high-profile employment disputes. In addition to her core employment practice areas, Kathryn specialises in the role technology can play in supporting the delivery of efficient and effective advice to clients. She also advises clients on how to engage with and respond to the opportunities and challenges that arise as technology and artificial intelligence tools become common practice in HR matters.
