Elizabeth is a 4 PQE Associate in the Addleshaw Goddard corporate team. Elizabeth advises on M&A, private equity investments, corporate reorganisations and shareholder arrangements. 

Elizabeth's experience to date includes:

• advising Inflexion on their investment into UKFast, the UK's lartgest privately-owned cloud hosting provider; 
• advising PZ Cussons on its disposal of its Polish personal care brands;
• advising PZ Cussons on its disposal of its Nigerian dairy business;
• advising PZ Cussons on its disposal of its Greek olive oil brands; 
• advising MoneySuperMarket on a number of its investments; and
• advising Accrol Group Plc on its acquisition of Leicester Tissue Company Limited worth up to £41.8m.
