Elaine is an Associate within the Scottish Finance Team, based in our Edinburgh office.  

Elaine has experience acting for a variety of funders and lenders on a range of transactions including general corporate lending, real estate, acquisition and leveraged finance.

• Acting for a UK bank in relation to the provision of corporate facilities to a large building contractor and construction business
• Acting for a real estate investor and developer in relation to a £12.5m loan to finance the acquisition of a large commercial property for future development in England
• Acting for a UK bank in relation to the provision of financing to an independent schools group which would allow future acquisitions
• Acting for global PLC in relation to its corporate financing from a banking syndicate
• Acting for a healthcare equipment manufacturer in relation to it providing facilities for acquisitions
• Acting for a UK bank in relation to corporate facilities provided to a UK based vehicle business
