Nikhil is a Partner in Addleshaw Goddard's London corporate department.

Nikhil's principal areas of practice include mergers, acquisitions and investment strategies, specialising in complex domestic and cross border transactions, with a specific focus on the energy, infrastructure and healthcare sectors.

Nikhil is a member of the firm's India and Africa Business Groups and regularly works with market participants in both India and Africa on corporate transactions.

Recent experience includes advising:

Frequentis AG on its acquisition of the ATM voice communications and arrival management product business from the US company L3Harris Technologies which involved four inter-connected share and business acquisitions in Canada, the UK, Germany and Australia

BII backed Gridworks Development Partners on certain aspects of its investments into Mettle Solar and Virunga Power

BII on its joint venture with Norfund through a Dutch holding company for the acquisition, development and operation of hydropower projects in Sub-Saharan Africa

Recipharm on the sale of its API manufacturing entity in Cramlington to Pharmaron

Affinity Water on the sale of its non-domestic retail water business to Castle Water
