Luke is a Partner in our construction team, specialising in non-contentious construction and engineering matters.
He has a wide range of expertise in both domestic and international construction projects (including having worked in Western Australia on some major energy and resources projects). He advises on procurement strategies generally as well as the preparation and negotiation of standard form and bespoke construction and engineering contracts, sub-contracts, supply agreements, professional appointments, guarantees, bonds and other ancillary construction documents.
He has particular experience of real estate development; (including town centre regeneration, other retail, office, leisure and hotel schemes) and infrastructure, waste and energy (including renewable energy) projects. He has acted for a wide range of clients including developers, banks, pension funds, local authorities, universities, contractors, sub-contractors, private finance initiative, special purpose vehicles, mining companies, consultants, and engineering companies.
