Sinan is an Associate in the corporate team in Dubai. He advises sovereign wealth funds, family office, multinational corporates and private business on a board range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate structuring and general corporate advisory work. He has experience advising on complex cross-boarder transaction across the Middle East and internationally. Sinan has advised clients across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, technology, retail, manufacturing and hospitality. 

Prior to joining Addleshaw Goddard, Sinan worked at top tier law firms in the UAE, Australia and New Zealand. He is admitted as a solicitor in Australia and New Zealand and is licensed to practise in the UAE. Bilingual in Arabic and English, Sinan holds First Class Honours degrees in Law and Bioscience Enterprise, as well as a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, giving him a strong commercial and technical understanding of the healthcare, life science and technology sectors.
