Raghad is an Associate in the corporate and commercial practice, having joined the firm in April 2026 from a Magic Circle firm in London, where she trained and qualified. She holds an LLB from the University of Edinburgh and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2024.

During her time in London, Raghad advised on a broad range of corporate, competition and regulatory matters, including merger control, antitrust and digital regulation, and worked on high-profile transactions and regulatory investigations before UK and EU competition authorities. Her experience includes advising on complex, cross-border matters across a variety of sectors including oil and gas, utilities and telecoms, technology, and media, supporting clients through both transactional and regulatory aspects of their businesses.

At Addleshaw Goddard, Raghad focuses on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate governance matters in Oman and across the wider region.
