David Père & Cécile Terret often gave courses in prestigious French universities. They teached before the students of the MBA / Master 2 Droit des Affaires et Management of the Paris Assas University in the frame of a training module regarding the fight against corruption on 25th May, 2021. They have also given courses to the students of the Anti-corruption, vigilance and data protection compliance certificate from the Paris Dauphine University in May 2021.

Cécile Terret focuses on commercial disputes, compliance and internal investigations.
She has extensive experience in anti-corruption and compliance matters. She examines the anti-corrution policies and programs for French companies and foreign subsidiaries, as well as the European activities of international group in the sport, defence, aerospace and retail sectors. Her involvement in these areas predates the implementation of the obligations introduced by the Sapin II Law. Cécile also conduct internal investigations for these groups, concerning allegations or suspicions of corruption.
In addition, Cécile represents companies in civil and commercial litigation as well in white collar criminal proceedings. Cécile also regularly advises European and American clients on trade and economic sanctions, export controls and anti-money laundering regulations.

- Advised a leading US hotel group in disputes relating to a hotel management contract.
- Advised an aviation company before the Paris Commercial Court and the Paris High Court's Financial Centre following an internal fraud.
- Advised a pharmaceutical company in an internal investigation following allegations of corruption.
- Advised the French anticorruption Agency as external expert in the course of investigation.
- Advised industrial groups on the implementation of anti-corruption measures as well as training on anticorruption aimed to most-exposed staff.
- Advised and implementation of the Sapin II compliance program within a group operating in the aeronautics sector.
- Advised French and foreign companies and their managers in the event of internal fraud in connection with issues relating to corruption, money laundering and international financial sanctions.
- Development of exhaustive anti-corruption policies and procedures in connection with both the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the Bribery Act (UKBA) for financial institutions, as well as training on these policies and procedures and advice on issues arising from their implementation.
- Advised and implemented the compliance program within an international insurance brokerage company (not subject to the Sapin II law).
- Audit of compliance programs in connection with the acquisition or disposal of French and foreign companies or groups of companies.
