Addleshaw Goddard advises Eden Rock on ABL facility for Marshall Land Systems

The Asset-Based Lending team at international law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised Eden Rock Credit on providing an ABL facility for defence infrastructure firm Marshall Land Systems (MLS).

Eden Rock Credit provides asset-backed private credit for mid-market businesses across the UK and Europe. MLS designs and builds mobile military shelters, tactical vehicles, and deployable field infrastructure for defence, humanitarian, and national security operations worldwide.

The Addleshaw Goddard team advising on the transaction was led by Partner Mike Davison and included Kayleigh Brady, Andrew Roszkowski, Imogen Eastwood and Luke Bergin.

The transaction will support MLS through its carve-out from the Marshall Group and acquisition by Canadian private equity firm Flowing River Capital. MLS employs over 500 people in the UK, the Netherlands and Canada, with revenues of more £100m and a new manufacturing facility in South Wales to grow into.
