Andy is an Associate in the Finance and Projects Group, with a particular focus on receivables finance, asset-based lending and trade finance. Andy has experience working on UK based and cross-border transactions, acting for both lenders and corporate borrowers on a range of bilateral and syndicated transactions. 

Andy's recent experience includes:

• Acting for a syndicate of leading UK lenders in connection with a £180,000,000 back-to-back receivables finance facility
• Advising a corporate borrower in relation to a full suite of asset-based lending and cash flow facilities totalling £87,800,000
• Advising a bank in connection with a £16,500,000 government backed export development facility.
• Acting for an independent lender in providing secondary finance to a major fashion retailer behind a senior receivables purchase facility.
