Kayleigh is a Managing Associate in the banking and finance team, specialising in asset based lending, receivables finance and trade finance.
Kayleigh advises lenders and corporate borrowers on the full spectrum of domestic and cross-border transactions. Kayleigh advises on initial deal structuring, delivery and portfolio management, including turnaround and distressed scenarios. Kayleigh has also worked on various product development projects for clearing banks, independent ABLs and new market entrants. Kayleigh also advises fintechs in the banking-as-a-service space, with a particular focus on digital receivables purchase platforms, advising on documentation and operational best practice.
- Experience
- Led the team advising the 4Syte Group in relation to £100,000,000 back-to-back receivables finance facilities from NatWest, supported by an ENABLE guarantee from the British Business Bank.
- Led the team advising Revving in relation to new debt finance facilities of £100,000,000 as part of a wider debt and equity investment package led by DWS, the private credit arm of Deutsche Bank.
- Advised PNC Business Credit in relation to £110,000,000 asset-based lending facilities to Ardent Hire Solutions.
- Advised Aurelius Finance Company Limited in relation to £26,000,000 asset-based lending facilities to The Tyre Group.
