Advising a major arts organisation on key sponsorship agreements in respect of high-profile events and brand activations at its venue.
Drafting and negotiating a range of agreements for an international luxury streetwear brand, including distribution agreements, reseller agreements, agency agreements and term of sale.
Advising a multinational retailer in relation to the supply of food and beverages across its UK sites.
