We will be running these monthly for our financial services clients looking at current issues across the financial services sector.
In this first session we are looking at:
- Consumer Duty – an update on the status of the FCA's consumer duty paper and an assessment of material actions firms should be taking now to prepare for implementation.
- Operational Resilience – the implementation date for the new regime is 31 March 2022, we consider how firms might assess their progress and the preparations needed to produce the required self-assessment.
- Return to office – our employment and health and safety specialists will look at office/branch v remote working – "new age" risk assessments vaccination and testing policies.
