Sarah is a managing associate in the Real Estate Finance team in London. Sarah advises lenders and borrowers on a broad spectrum of real estate finance transactions including domestic and cross-border deals. Sarah works across a range of asset classes in both the investment and development space, including hotels, student accommodation, residential, senior living, offices and retail. 

Sarah's clients include UK and international banks (both conventional and Shariah-compliant) and debt funds, propcos, investment and asset managers, corporates and family offices.

Sarah's recent experience includes:

• Advising University Partnerships Programme on several project development and investment financings including, the £98m Swansea Bay student accommodation financing
• Advising AlJazira Capital on a Shariah compliant facility to assist their acquisition of seven office buildings
• Advising a clearing bank on the establishment of a £50m revolving development facility to fund the development of 16 housing developments across the north of England
• Advising a London based debt fund in relation to the financing of the acquisition of several office properties
