Rosa is an associate in the Infrastructure, Projects and Energy team. Rosa has experience advising clients on a range of energy and utilities infrastructure projects, including solar, water, CHP and wind projects.

- SSE, supporting the in-house legal team on a large number of renewable energy projects including drafting and negotiation of a suite of template PPAs (as well as separate guidance documents) for both rooftop and ground-mount solar
- Aviva, in relation to direct wire rooftop solar on its property portfolio
- Greenvolt Power, on its acquisition of Astley Gorse Solar Limited
- ABF, on the connection of a prominent site to the water network including appointment of a NAV
- National Water Company of KSA, in relation to Phase 2 of the privatisation of its wastewater assets under long-term operation and maintenance arrangements
- Southern Water Services', in relation to the Heads of Terms for the CAP Agreement for DPC
- Southern Water Services’ in relation to a bioresources projects
- Southern Water Services in relation to its BSA for the construction, operation and maintenance of a reservoir
- NESO, in relation to electricity grid connections
- Kent Renewable Energy Limited, providing regulatory advice in relation to the Renewables Obligation and Capacity Market
