Bea is an Associate in our Manchester Commercial team who joined upon qualification in 2021, having previously worked in-house at a global law firm. She provides pragmatic commercial law advice to clients across various sectors including digital, retail & consumer, real estate, healthcare and sport.

Bea has experience drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contractual arrangements, including commercial contracts for the supply of goods and services for both customers and suppliers. Additionally, she advises clients on: non-contentious intellectual property, data protection, outsourcing, consumer law and advertising, marketing & sport.

Bea also provides commercial corporate support in M&A matters, including conducting business & trading, intellectual property and information technology legal due diligence.

Bea has experience advising, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including the following:

• SaaS contract for a warehouse management solution for a retail client
• creative services agreement for a property client
• web-based consumer careline services agreement for a retail client
