Tatiana Volodina is a Managing Associate in Addleshaw Goddard’s Planning and Infrastructure Consenting Team. She provides strategic planning advice and supports the negotiation and completion of planning and infrastructure agreements, working closely with senior colleagues on complex development projects.
Tatiana has significant experience advising on mixed-use developments across London, with a particular focus on the London Borough of Camden. She has recently advised on a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) scheme and a major mixed-use development at 100 Avenue Road, both within Camden, demonstrating her deep understanding of the borough’s planning context and priorities.
Her expertise includes:
- Advising on planning strategies for mixed-use schemes, including navigating appeals and securing consents.
- Drafting and negotiating section 106 agreements of varying complexity, particularly within London boroughs.
- Advising on the variation of a section 106 agreement to support a client’s delivery strategy for a multi-phase, residential-led regeneration scheme in Leeds.
- Negotiating planning agreements for a major employment-led development at Chesterford Research Park in Essex, supporting long-term growth and investment in the region.
