EXPERTISE 

Tatiana has extensive experience in a broad range of planning and related infrastructure work, which includes:

• assisting client with objections to the proposed Development Consent Orders (reviewing documentation submitted to PINS and preparing objection documentation for submission to PINS); 
• acting on applications for Transport and Works Act Orders including working with large client consultant teams and instructing Counsel; 
• reviewing and reporting on Development Consents Orders, requirements attached to them and potential risks for clients;
• drafting, negotiating and completing planning and infrastructure agreements; 
• preparing Planning Reports and Certificates on Title to assist on acquisitions, disposal and letting transactions; and
• running various planning matters for developer of differ sizes and local authorities; and 
• other aspects of planning and highway law.
