Expertise

Valerio serves as a managing associate within the asset management group based in Dubai and provides guidance to global asset managers regarding the structuring, formation, and ongoing management of private investment funds that pursue a diverse array of strategies, such as buyout, credit, infrastructure, hedge, and venture.

Valerio offers advice to both sponsors and significant institutional investors on a comprehensive range of issues within the investment funds sector, including fund formations, primary investments, continuation funds, and co-investments across a wide spectrum of asset classes.

Previously, Valerio was part of the investment funds practice at a US law firm in London, and before that, he acquired experience with Luxembourg fund structures while working at an independent law firm in Luxembourg.
