Adam is a Polish qualified lawyer (adwokat). He has extensive experience in advising on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and joint venture deals as well as on corporate restructurings. Adam brings a wealth of experience in advising both Polish and international investors across various industries, such as financial services, industrials, telecommunications and healthcare.

• Cerberus Capital Management: advising a leading global asset management firm specialising in alternative investing strategies on the PLN 1bn acquisition of VeloBank, a leading bank in Poland, from the Bank Guarantee Fund.
• Oaktree Capital Management and Cornerstone Investment Management: advising on the sale of a majority stake in two Polish companies from the financial services sector: ProService Finteco sp. z o.o., a leading provider of financial services and tech solutions to investment funds, banks, and insurance companies; and Investment Funds Depositary Services S.A., a brokerage house providing depositary services for closed-end investment funds to Innova Capital.
• InfraVia Capital Partners: advising a private equity firm specialised in the infrastructure and technology sector, on the acquisition of 50% of Polski Światłowód Otwarty sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of the Play Group, one of Poland's leading fixed, digital TV and mobile convergent players, for ap. €400m.
• InfraVia Capital Partners: advising a private equity firm specialised in the infrastructure and technology sector on the acquisition of a 50% equity stake in OPCORE, a leading operator of data centers located in Paris, Marseille, Lyon, and Poland
• ArcelorMittal: advising a multinational steel manufacturing corporation headquartered in Luxembourg, on the acquisition of a leading Polish scrap metal recycling company.
• Qualitas Energy: advising a globally recognised investment and management platform focused on renewable energy, energy transition, and sustainable infrastructure, in acquiring a 117 MWp solar portfolio located in central Poland.
• Carrier Global Corporation: advising a leading global provider of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration solutions on a several complex reorganisations in connection with the sale of the commercial refrigeration business, industrial fire business, as well as residential fire business.
